The primer you need to get started in addressing your company’s trade compliance risks.  Developed and presented by Valentin Povarchuk, an international trade compliance lawyer who has spent over two decades building and advising on corporate trade compliance programs, this course will provide you and your company with the knowledge and materials that are indispensable in conducting international business compliantly.

The course will examine the compliance process through key applicable regulatory frameworks including sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), export controls administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry & Security (BIS), and inbound customs regulations handled by Customs & Border Protection CBP).
